    Upcycling at its best

    Upcycling at its best

It’s always inspiring to see the ingenious ways that old items are used to create something new.

I recently came across this upcycled chair-wheelbarrow combination in the North. Not built as solidly as they once were, many old chairs are discarded in school yards when they are no longer functional. Here, one was put to good use when it was attached to the frame of an old wheelbarrow. With a little thought a new life was given to both, providing a wheelchair when needed and many happy moments of play for children in between.
