Rugby – the word that’s on everyone’s lips at the moment with the exciting Rugby World Cup underway in France, and Namibia and South Africa proudly representing Africa.
The love for rugby extends beyond this life and many rugby fans are fondly memorialised on their gravestones with a rugby ball – either carved or engraved – or a rugby jersey. Sometimes the names of favourite rugby teams are also included like the Blou Bulle, WP and even the All Blacks, giving the person a send-off to the hereafter with true team spirit.
