    Moments from rainy seasons in Namibia

    Namibia is experiencing a good rainy season after years of drought. Almost every river in the country is flowing, making its way to the sea and, importantly, replenishing the underground aquifers to provide us with water for another year.
     
    This old photo, taken in the Berseba/Brukkaros area, shows a wagon with its team of donkeys, mules and oxen fording the Fish River in the 1930s.
